Pritchard is located roughly 25 minutes east of Kamloops and 10 minutes from the village of Chase. Pritchard is largely a rural area with few amenities close by. The majority of the properties in Pritchard are small to large acreages, with plenty of open spaces and privacy. There is one area where smaller city lots exist and are largely dominated by modular or manufactured homes. There are several local farmers that offer the freshest foods in the area, along with a local store in town.
